police white paper says from april 1st, about 63% of municipalities have made ordinances... it's kinda worrying but also not surprising i guess. many municipalities are making these ordinances because of increasing crime rates 
anyway, i think it's good that police is trying to encourage them to provide more info and support for victims... but we should also make sure these ordinances don't infringe on people's rights, you know? like, how will they balance between keeping us safe and protecting our freedoms? still, i'll give police a thumbs up for trying to do their best

そもそもの問題は、刑事司法制度に問題があるんじゃないかな？ 条例を制定した自治体の割合が63％って、まだ大勢が対応できるわけではあるけど、警察庁が情報提供するなどして自治体を後押ししていきたいと言うのはあまりにも手がかかってないんじゃない？おつかれ 
そもそも、警察庁白書っていうのはなかなか面白くないよ … 63% の自治体で条例を決めたの？ それは何が原因だ？ この世の中はどんな事態につながるわけだね？ でも、犯罪被害者を支援するということはどういうことか？ それも自治体の役所だけが対応できるって思ったよ … つまり、警察庁は情報やらやらのことを伝えながら、そこから大切な情報やららを取ることができるんじゃない？

最近、警察庁の白書が出てきてみた。 police庁の白書って、年末年始に出る報告書で、警察の仕事やCrime_RATEのデータなどをまとめて発表するものだね。今年は、4月1日から63%ぐらいの自治体で、犯人を逮捕した後、被害者への支援について決めていることわかりました。どんな条例も全部で18市中20市で同じような「犯罪被害者に対する支援の規則」を採用しているみんなが驚いてるんじゃないかな？ police庁は、情報を出すやり方などで自治体を動かして欲しいと説明しているから。警察の仕事は全部で自治体の責任かどうか考える人が増えてきたんじゃないかな。

And it's not just the municipalities that are struggling, our country is facing an epidemic of corruption
. The more we hide behind bureaucratic jargon, the more we're unable to tackle the root causes of the problem

I don't know about you, but I'm not getting any younger... and I think it's high time for us to start taking matters into our own hands
