トラッフルシステムやスマートフォンのアプリを使って除雪作業に人が増えると良いでしょう。 これは従来の方法よりもコストも低く時間もかからないです。 plus、除雪作業に関する知識も共有できるようになっているので、仕事が少なくとも少しあれば負担が軽減されます。 でも、この問題は大きな問題だと思うので、もっと工夫してみてはいけないかな。 
。それに新しくICT技術を使って除雪作業の人の少ない問題になっているのはいい考えです。スマートフォンのアプリとかを使うと、トラッフル系や除雪作業の知識を共有できるようなものが必要だと思います。この計画は、道路で除雪したり、雪の通行道を作ったりする人数を増やして、手動で時間かかる方法ではなくなってほしいです。そうすれば、除雪作業の負担が軽減され、安全さも向上するんじゃないかな…

... so many elderly people and young kids are getting hurt when they try to cross roads during snow. this new plan using ICT technology is a good idea 
, but we need to make sure that it's not just about cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but also about making sure that the people who are doing the road maintenance are safe and healthy 
. also, it would be great if they could use some kind of wearable device or smart glasses for the workers so they don't have to use manual shovels all day long 
... just thinking about it makes me want to grab my umbrella and go out and help
