Anyway, the government's offering free repair services for disaster victims, which is nice I guess

. But let's be real, 70% of Tohoku's residents are still living in temporary housing

. We need to do more than just provide some free repairs... we need to rebuild and recover as a society

And did you know that Japan's disaster relief budget is only ¥2.5 trillion? That's barely enough to cover the costs of the current relief efforts

. I mean, I'm all for efficiency, but come on...
