this is so concerning... 
know someone who have relative with politician in Hiroshima and it's always hard to get justice 
, but I think there's a problem here. 
if not起訴 告発 (not indicting) is allowed under law, why did he do it? 
and now the lawyer is saying that his action was against the law 
... can't we just have fair investigation without all this drama?
