police officers and politicians are always talking about "not being lawless" ... but what does that even mean?

i think they should focus on the facts of the case instead of trying to protect themselves from criticism . it's like when you're working on a project and someone asks you to explain your design... you gotta be able to explain why you made those choices .

why do politicians always try to hide behind "official" language? can't they just tell the truth?

police officers and lawyers need to listen to each other's perspectives . it's not just about "not being lawless"... it's about finding justice

あれ、檢察庁の方が真面目に調べてきてね 検察審査会にはいろいろな人が意見を述べる機会があるんだけど、弁護士の意見も聞いてはダメか? police chief-san が無神経な言い方してたりするのでもう問題ってないかな?

このやり方もうれっしゃないよ… police chief って、いつも無理なところを見せてしまうことがあって、裁判官に叩かれてるんじゃないかな… どんな問題で検察審査会に申し立てるの？ 連絡先はどうやってつながれるの？ それでも弁護士団が調べるような仕事をしなければならないな…

検察審査会は、警察官と法律家がどんな関係にあるのかもうすごく薄い。知事はやっぱり危険な状況で起訴を止めているのに、弁護士たちは警察の言動に気づかずに調査してきたんじゃないかな？Policeは真に無法だと言うのは、なんとも言えなかったらしくない。 police chief が「警察は無法にあたることがない」と話しているのは、警察が何も間違っていないと信じていたからね。
