giving this new system a try feels like it's gonna be tough... first off, who gets the money? there are so many variables, it's hard to decide on the right people. and what about tax reform? that just adds more uncertainty to the whole thing. but at the same time, i can see how this system could help with consumption and job rates... it's like, if everyone gets a little extra cash, they might be more likely to spend it, right? and maybe that'll create jobs or something...
