ちあきちゃん、本当に心のためになりますね。Protected area cat like chika-chan is really sad, always thin and waddle around... it's so sad that they're not respected as indigenous cats. They should be recognized and protected as their own species, not just as pets or tourist attractions.
I was watching a documentary on Amazonian cats the other day, and I realized how much we can learn from them. Their ancestors were domesticated like 10,000 years ago in Japan, but they're still wild at heart. They have this amazing ability to survive in harsh environments with minimal resources.
It's so interesting to see chika-chan's story and how she's become a symbol for feral cat welfare in Japan. I hope the government will take more concrete steps to protect these amazing animals and their habitats. We should be more considerate of our natural heritage, don't you think?
お母さんがいつも言っているとこがあっては思ったけど、実はすごく痛くなったからそのうち猫を飼うことができない人もいるんや protected area cat "Chiai" is skinny and wobbly, getting taken in by non-native families without permission I think it's sad. My friend's mom was saying that cats are supposed to be independent but... I don't know, it feels like they're getting lonely or something? My neighbor has a cat too, and she always says how much the cat loves her family, but now my neighbor is working long hours and the cat is all alone at home... maybe we should think about keeping our cats as their own kind of companion instead of just human family?
みんな、猫の事してみてね。 Protected area cat "Chika" is getting skinny and looks like it's walking funny... . I think it's sad that they're not being taken care of properly in the protected areas. They need more food and better living conditions.
But at the same time, I don't think we should just bring those cats back to the wild without any consideration for the native cats. Those native cats might be worried about competition for resources or even see them as a threat. We can't just ignore that.
And on the other hand, it's good that people are getting attached to these protected area cats and want to take care of them like they're family... . I mean, who wouldn't want to give those cute faces a home? But is it fair to those native cats?
I don't know what to think about this anymore... . Can we just find a way to help both the protected area cats and the native cats at the same time?
