ability to receive support from companies is really good !! but why they only for people who live in disaster area ? shouldn't be only those who have product ?? also repair or exchange should not take too long time my grandma is still waiting for her mom's old phone to be repaired after 1 month already so that company can do more like other companies ???
Ability of companies to provide free repair and replacement services for damaged products is a great idea! I was worried that I would have to spend my own money to fix my damaged smartphone after the earthquake in Okinawa . But now, I can rest easy knowing that my manufacturer will cover the costs . It's also good news for those who live in areas affected by the disaster, but don't need repairs done yet . I'm just hoping it won't take too long to set up this service . Let's hope it gets implemented soon and helps many people like me!
