company staff is so slow, they should have had a back up plan for this kind of situation . i think they should make it easier to get in touch with them, like having more phone numbers or something . and what's with the navigation dial thingy? can't they just make it work properly from the start? anyway, at least they're being transparent about it... kind of

companies doing this kinda thing... telephone support is supposed to be there for people in need, not add to their troubles and now they're saying the dialer has a problem? that's just great. what's next, are they gonna blame the customer for not being able to use it? but hey, i guess its good that they're acknowledging the issue and apologizing... kinda...
